ProxySocket ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

1. Information We Collect

ProxySocket collects the minimum information necessary to provide its functionality:

• Account Credentials: When you log in with your 9Proxy account, your username and authentication tokens are stored locally on your device to maintain your session. We do not store your password.
• Proxy Configuration Data: Your selected proxy settings (country, state, city, ISP) are used to establish proxy connections and are stored locally on your device.
• Network Configuration: The app creates a VPN configuration on your device to route traffic through your selected proxy. This configuration is managed entirely by Apple's NetworkExtension framework.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect, store, or transmit your browsing history.
• We do not collect analytics, usage statistics, or telemetry data.
• We do not collect your IP address or location data.
• We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
• We do not collect personal information beyond what is required for proxy authentication.

3. How Your Data Is Used

All data collected is used solely to:

• Authenticate your session with the 9Proxy service.
• Configure and establish proxy connections on your device.
• Display your proxy usage history (retrieved from 9Proxy's servers).

4. Data Storage

All credentials and settings are stored locally on your device using iOS secure storage mechanisms. No data is stored on any servers operated by ProxySocket. When you log out, all locally stored session data is deleted.

5. Third-Party Services

ProxySocket connects to 9Proxy's servers (9proxy.com) to authenticate your account, retrieve proxy configurations, and establish proxy connections. Your use of the 9Proxy service is governed by 9Proxy's Terms of Service and 9Proxy's Privacy Policy.

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

6. VPN & Network Extension

ProxySocket uses Apple's Network Extension framework to configure a VPN tunnel that routes your device's traffic through your selected SOCKS5 proxy. This is a standard iOS API and all network traffic handling is performed by the operating system. The app itself does not inspect, log, or modify your network traffic.

7. Children's Privacy

ProxySocket is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your Rights

You can:

• Delete all local data by logging out of the app.
• Remove the VPN configuration from Settings → General → VPN & Device Management.
• Uninstall the app at any time to remove all associated data from your device.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
